OUR mission

Our mission is simple; We are here to help those who have committed their lives to helping others.

The West Valley Fire Foundation was founded to support first responders, their families, and the community they serve, in regards to their health, any hardship they may encounter, and to aid in their community impact efforts.

OUR STORY

Our journey began out of necessity, born from the stark realization of the challenges faced by our first responders, their families, and the broader community. As firefighters and paramedics ourselves, we've witnessed firsthand the toll that health issues, hardship, and unforeseen crises can take on those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

Throughout the years, we've seen our fellow first responders battle illnesses, confront tragic accidents, and struggle with the aftermath of natural disasters. From children bravely facing cancer diagnoses to retirees grappling with lung disease and cardiac issues, the spectrum of challenges faced by our community is vast and profound. Yet, in the face of adversity, we rallied together, piecing together events and initiatives to support those in need. Whether it was raising funds for medical expenses, providing services for injured crew members, or ensuring that burn survivor children could attend Burn Camp, we were there, standing in solidarity with our community.

However, in 2024, we recognized the need for a more cohesive and proactive approach. Thus, the West Valley Fire Foundation was born. Our mission is simple yet profound: to concentrate all our efforts into one foundation dedicated to serving the masses and being prepared for the next first responder, family member, or community member in need.

Join us in our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who serve and protect our communities. Together, we can ensure that no first responder or community member faces adversity alone. Welcome to the West Valley Fire Foundation – where compassion meets action, and together, we show up for those that never fail to show up for us.
